Réalisée en or jaune 750‰ (18K), elle est ornée d’une belle émeraude naturelle de 2,2 carats, qui n'est pas la pierre d'origine Cartier. Il est gravé taille 53 sur le corps de bague mais la mesure effectuée au triboulet correspond plutôt à une taille 51.
