Right of Withdrawal and Returns – Distinction Between In-Store and Online Purchases

 

Legal Period

When the Buyer is a consumer, they have 14 days from the date of receipt of the Jewelry to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular:

To Jewelry that has been personalized or modified specifically at the Buyer's request (engraving, resizing, etc.),

To Jewelry purchased in a physical store and not via the Platform.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Platform within the legal timeframe by any written means (email, online withdrawal form), specifying the Order number and the item(s) of jewelry concerned.

Returning Jewelry

After agreement, the Buyer has a maximum of 7 days to return the jewelry, in its original condition, unworn, complete (box, certificates, accessories, invoices), and in secure packaging appropriate to its value.

According to the Platform's policy, the procedures and responsibility for return shipping costs (whether borne by the Buyer or the Platform) are specified on the website.

Refund

Subject to compliance with the return conditions, the refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe and, in principle, via the same payment method used for the Order, excluding any additional fees.
