750 yellow gold clover cocktail ring, designed around four leaves set with pavé rubies. A central ruby, held by four prongs, highlights the heart of the design, while a pavé diamond bee rests on it. Size 54, resizing possible.
The ruby petals are held in place by small yellow gold prongs. The openwork setting reveals a radiant structure on the reverse, echoing the floral design, and the band features a double-body construction.
