FLEXIBLE BRACELETS (CHAINS, BEADS)
Apply the usual length increases according to the desired wearing style
(close to the wrist, with a little play, or looser). On our antique pieces, the
original length often corresponds to the measurements of the time: do not hesitate to
ask us if a piece can be lengthened or shortened without altering its
authenticity.
RIGID BRACELETS (BANGLES)
Antique bangles are not adjustable: it is therefore essential to check that the piece
can pass over your hand before purchase.
To measure:
1. 2. Measure the width of your hand at the widest point, using a strip of
paper or a flexible tape measure.
Add 1 to 2 cm for comfort. 3. Compare this measurement to the inside diameter indicated in the item's description.
On antique jewelry, diameters are sometimes smaller than today: do not hesitate to
contact us to check feasibility before ordering, or to consider a slight adjustment by a
jeweler when possible without compromising the piece.
